Real time concentration, density and mass flow measurement

For non-invasive concentration, density and mass flow measurement FLEXIM engineered the PIOX product range.

PIOX S is primarily used for the non-invasive online concentration, density and mass flow measurement of chemically aggressive, corrosive, abrasive or ultra-pure media.
The inline Process Refractometer PIOX R measures a liquids concentration by the measurement of light refraction and is also a well-established method of choice for determining the concentration, density and purity of many liquids within the Chemical Industry as well as in the Food & Beverage sector.

Both PIOX systems are also often used complementary to each other in case to cover full concentration ranges, where either PIOX S or PIOX R won't be sufficient or in case of a multiphase mixture, where the concentration levels of several different media have to be monitored simultaneously.
