FLEXIM product support is our business. We are readily accessible with our Technical Service Telephone / Email Hotline assistance. It is our objective to be accessible and available when you need us. You will find us easy to reach and very accommodating. Our Technical Service Staff and Support Engineers consist of personnel that individually have from 15 to over 25 years of ultrasonic field and application experience.

On Site Field Service Support

FLEXIM maintains a staff of service technicians and engineers available on short notice for dispatch to your facility. We have service centers located in Houston and New York. The following services are provided:

Calibration Services

•  NIST Traceable Wet Flow Calibration Service. - FLEXIM's on site NIST certified calibration laboratory is available for periodic calibration certification. We also provide the industries only "no down time" calibration service. You receive the NIST calibrated equipment for loan or exchange, before removing your installed equipment.

FLEXIM Flow Measurement Services - FMS

How do you calibrate your Flowmeters?
Flow Measurement Services is a division of FLEXIM Americas that specializes in flow measurement verification and calibration of existing plant meters. We incorporate our vast experience of utilizing clamp-on flow meters to verify with NIST traceability the accuracy of existing permanent flow meters. Where possible, the permanent meter will be calibrated to the NIST traceable reference.

Training Services

FLEXIM has training programs that are tailored to your product type and application requirements. Training classes can be held at our NY Headquarters or at your facility. We emphasize balance to provide a comprehensive understanding of the product along with hands on training. When training at your facility we can balance the classroom time with hands-on training in your plant.

Rental Services

We maintain a full stock of meters for rental with the required support for successful use of our product. We are not a company that rents lots of different instruments. We specialize in our products and flow measurement. Our portable meter is ideally suited to rental business for some of the following reasons; ease of use, certified accuracy, no zero (shutdown) requirements, 14hr battery life. Our highly trained and experienced staff is available for rental support and on site service.
