FLEXIM offers transducer mounting fixtures for the broadest range of applications.

There are three versions of permanent mounting fixtures. All are constructed of Stainless Steel and are corrosion resistant. The transducer distance can be set easily and precisely. Maintenance requirements are eliminated due to permanent contact with coupling pads - this also means no more failures as a result of lost coupling grease.

The mounting fixutures, together with the enhoused transducers, can be employed to every pipe size ranging from 1/4 inch to 60 inches and more and are applicable for nearly all pipe materials, wall sizes and media.

PermaStrap

The PermaStrap mounting affords the most economical mounting solution. Used with the coupling pad, the simple strap band is an effective mounting solution for basic applications.

PermaRail Track

The PermaRail Track is designed to keep a constant pressure of the transducer on the pipe - especially under conditions with high pipe vibrations and temperature fluctuations. The PermaRail Track is the best solution for many applications in the industry.

PermaLok Track

The PermaLok Track is the optimal protection for extremly harsh environments.

It provides for a complete protection of the transducer – not only for environments like Offshore platforms but for all hazardous areas. The track is made of 304 Stainless Steel and is fully gasketed, protecing the transducer from water, dirt and harsh elements that can create a need for maintenance.
