Transducers for small pipes

The FSS transducers have been specially designed for flow measurement on pipes of small diameter. Typical applications are found in hydraulic systems, enamelling lines, also in super-clean water systems.

The small size and the finely focused measuring beam enable measurement in cases where the FSQ transducers cannot be used owing to high echo density. Because of the higher excitation frequency, the absorbed energy is not as high as in FSQ transducers, so that measurement on highly viscous liquids is limited.
