The new FLUXUS is there

FLEXIM's new portable flowmeter FLUXUS® F601 is the successor of FLUXUS® ADM 6725, a classic of flow measurement known for its high reliability and versatility. Functionality and optimal adaptation to the needs of the users were the priorities of FLEXIM's engineers while developing the new meter. The result is a handy and extremely robust clamp-on flowmeter which is suitable for the most diverse applications.

Non-invasive flow measurement with ultrasound offers unmatched flexibility. Clamp-on-transducers are rapidly fixed on the pipe, no process interruption is needed for commissioning. Only two transducer pairs are needed to cover the diameters most common in industrial applications (DN10 to DN2500), the full transducer range covers DN6 to DN6500. With the new F601, a reliable flow measurement is now a matter of a few minutes. No zeroing procedure is necessary since calibration data and transducer parameters are saved in a transducer internal memory and automatically sent to the electronic unit upon connection. In less than 5 minutes, reliable values appear on the display.

F601 is even more flexible thanks to its advanced battery management. The new Lithium ions battery allows# for more than 14 hours of battery-powered measurement. The remaining battery capacity is displayed and helps planning measuring campaigns realistically.

Many features first come to light when the measuring conditions are difficult: The innovative HybridTrek measuring mode for example ensures a high operational safety in case of fluids with a high percentage of gas or solids; or the advanced correction algorithms for pipe wall echoes and transducer positioning which increase the accuracy in difficult measuring conditions.

Beside the standard version, F601 can also be delivered with a wide range of signal inputs and outputs (Multifunctional version), as well as in the Energy version with high precision temperature probes making the energy measurement more powerful than ever. F601 and its many accessories re always delivered in a sturdy waterproof case which dimensions complies with the airline requirements for carry-on luggage.
