Non-intrusive gas flow measurement
with FLUXUS® G

FLEXIM's FLUXUS ® G gas flowmeter series sets standards in terms of ultrasonic clamp-on flow measurement of gases. It offers you a precise gas flow measurement with high operational reliability and outstanding long-term stability, as well as all the well-known advantages of a non-intrusive measurement.

Thanks to the clamp-on flow transducers, no cutting into the pipe and thus no production stop is needed for installation. The start-up costs are thus very low, and so are the operation costs, since the measurement causes no pressure loss and is absolutely free of wear and tear (there are no moving mechanical or pressure loaded parts). Furthermore, there is no possibility of chemical attack by the gas or of harm by pressure peaks, swirling flows or transverse flows.

A uniquely wide application range

The gas flowmeter series encompasses a wide range of transmitters and transducers - from basic devices for standard applications up to robust measuring systems for offshore use or for hazardous areas (ATEX or FM approved).

All FLUXUS® G transmitters support both lamb wave and shear wave transducers at all transducer frequencies. In this way the measuring system can be optimized to even the most demanding applications.
