Transducers for non intrusive flow measurement

FLEXIM's gas flowmeter transducers are engineered for reliability and long-term stability in harsh industrial environments. Their robust constrution is unequalled: They are dust- and watertight, they are made of PEEK or PPSU with stainless steel protection caps and feature a rugged integrated transducer wiring. ATEX- or FM-certified explosion-protected versions are available.

All FLEXIM transducers are wet-flow calibrated as a pair at the factory. Calibration data including the transducer's identification and parameters is stored in a transducer-resident non-volatile memory and is transferred to the transmitter automatically upon connection. Consequently, parameterization errors are eliminated and there is never need for a zero adjustment.

The gas transducer family covers a wide range of pipe diameters and materials (more). Two different types are available, each having a different applicative range (more). Together, they make it possible to optimally adapt the measuring system to each specific measuring task. Both transducer types are supported by all FLUXUS® G transmitters.
