FLEXIM offers the appropriate transducer mounting for even the most versatile applications.

FLEXIM's mounting fixtures VARIOFIX ensure a permanent fixture to the pipe and thus operational safe measurements. Even under conditions with huge temperature deviations and vibrating pipes, they are ensuring a continuous and stable fixture of the transducers and are guaranteeing that the ultrasonic signals are protruding the pipe wall and medium with the optimal intensity to care for the most accurate and reliable measurement.

The mounting fixture VARIOFIX is available in two different models:

VARIOFIX L and VARIOFIX C

Both are manufactured from stainless steel and are thus resistant to stress and strain as well as corrosion. The transducer distance is easily and exactly set manually and by use of the constant coupling with specials pads, maintenance efforts are reduced to a minimum.

VARIOFIX L -

The Variofix L transducer mounting belongs to the standard package for the permanent installation and offers an excellent fit to the pipe,  ensuring a continuous and constant contact pressure of the transducers to the pipe wall.

Manufactured from seawaterresistant stainless steel, this Offshore mounting fixture is engineered for extreme demanding environments. The transducers are protected from seawater spray by the mountings cover - which also protects against severe mechanical strain.

Likewise for the VARIOFIX L, the transducers can be removed and put back in place in easily without having to readjust the distance on the mounting.
